Digging through my draw this morning I found a bunch of oldies that I thought I had lost along with the millions of other drawings that I somehow manage to lose. Thought I'd throw them up..

NEW WORK - JUNO

I drew this one of Juno Temple about 2-3 months ago, coz she's way pretty.. and at the time had no idea what to do with it.. I finally finished it off and I'm actually pretty stoked with it. If you like you can grab a print for $15.00, they are super high quality nice colourful shiny ones and they look awesome.

The Goonies is probably one of the best movies ever, and I've been hanging out on the MONDO BLOG alot lately, and got all inspired by all the awesome film poster designs that have been created over there, so thought I'd have a go for fun.

'WITHOUT WALLS' FULL LAYOUT

So here is the rest of the artwork for REVIVAL ASHORE'S debut EP, 'Without Walls'. The boys have some songs from the EP up on their MYSPACE page and it is now available for $10. Probably the best $10 you will ever spend.

"WITHOUT WALLS" ARTWORK

All of the artwork is finally finished for the debut EP, "Without Walls" from REVIVAL ASHORE. It has been sent off to print and will be back and ready to launch on the 6th June, at Oasis Youth Centre Wyong. The thing sounds amazing! Make sure you're at the launch to support the boys and grab a copy of the EP. Tickets are only $12 and are available through the band. Contact them via myspace or facebook for details and tickets. REVIVAL ASHORE are launching their amazing debut EP on the 6th June at Oasis Youth Centre, Wyong. Make sure your there. The EP will be available on the night aswell as a bunch of brand new tshirts and other cool things. Ive had the privilege of being in control of all the artwork for both the EP and the merch so come down to the show and support the boys and myself!

DIRTY HANDS OPENING NIGHT

AH, NEWSPAPER HEADLINES ARE SO CREATIVE..

Blackbird Tattoo and Dirty Hands made it into this weeks paper! Apart from the awkward posing, pretending to hang things on the walls, and fake talking, it was kinda cool. Kimma at Blackbird Tattoo, Erina, is amazing. Not only did she welcome us into her studio like family, offer us an awesome place to hang our work and make what was for most of us, our first exhibition super easy and the funnest thing ever - she managed to somehow get us in the paper aswell. She is an amazing person and artist. If you're looking to get a tattoo go into Blackbird and talk to Kimma!

Last night was the opening of the DIRTY HANDS exhibition. It was an awesome night and it was really cool to see so many people turn up to check out the work we got together for the show. DIRTY HANDS EXHIBITION!

So I finally have all the info about the upcoming DIRTY HANDS Exhibition featuring myself and a bunch of other super talented upcoming young artists.

There is going to be alot to see as every artist in the exhib is way different from one another bringing to the table photography, illustration, tattoo design, graffiti and more.

Opening Night is the 26th of March and is by invite only. The Exhibition is open to the public from the 27th March - 24th April. So if your interested in seeing some cool artwork come down to the Gallery and have a look.

REVIVAL ASHORE

The boys in REVIVAL ASHORE are currently recording their debut EP and it is going to be awesome! They are seriously amazing, and they have shared the stage with some great bands including Everytime I Die, House Vs Hurricane, 50 Lions, Deez Nuts, The Amity Affliction, Break Even, Mary Jane Kelly, Addison and many more. I have some great friends in the band and I am super excited about the EP, I am also excited about designing the album art, which so far is some of the best stuff I've ever done. So go check them out, and keep an eye out here for some updates on the artwork.

They also have a show coming up which everyone should go to. On the 28th March they are playing at Oasis Youth Centre, Wyong, alongside House Vs Hurricane, Ivoryline and a bunch of other bands. Tickets are only $20 so contact the boys via myspace and go!

JONNDAY - V FOR VICTORY

A few months ago the guys from Jonnday asked me to design the layout and packaging for their soon to be released EP "V For Victory". This was the first time I had accepted a job like this and was super nervous and not quite sure if I could deliver. After showing a few sketches and rough ideas we came up with a design we were both happy with. It was a cool job to work on and I'm really appreciative that they asked me to do the artwork.

It was a fair while ago now, but thought I'd put some of the work up.

DIRRTY HANDZ

On the 26th March I will be involved in the 5-man DIRTY HANDS exhibition at Blackbird Tattoo Gallery, Erina - on the Central Coast NSW. Info has not been released yet and I'm not even sure if I should be "blogging" about it but I am anyway.

There will be 4 other artists showing off their awesome talent - including tattoo design, crazy paintings, photography and graffiti.

Opening night is on the 26th, which is by super limited invite only, so let me know if you'd be interested in checking out some cool art and I may be able to get you on the door. Will be a really cool night.. All of our work will be available to buy, and the exhibition will be running until late April. So come check it out!

BETTER LATE THAN NEVER

If I have any regrets so far in my life, it's the fact that I've waited this long to pick up some Indian ink and a paintbrush. For the last 4 or 5 years I've pretty much used nothing but pencils and fine tip pens. It wasn't til my good friend LDYCTZ pretty much forced a brush dipped in ink into my hand and told me to paint something up on the wall.. I'm in love.
